The rostery uses organic coffee brought directly from third world producer co-ops, to avoid the farmer exploitation often found in this business. There is a interesting museam that discribes the "fair-trade" movement. The coffee and organic food is served in the cafe'. There are also fair trade crafts sold in the cafe.
