We offer a full hot breakfast (which is included) with eggs, bacon, saussages, bread, fruits, self-baked pancakes, joghurt & cerials - tea or coffea, milk & juice. The eggs and also seasonal fruit or veggis are from our own farm.

The Beardmans Art House by the Sea, offers lots of beautiful, relaxing and spacious room for a maximum of 6 persons.

Guests will be surrounded by a wonderful flower garden and will stay very close to the atlantic ocean, with a breathtaking ocean-view.

The beach could easily be accessed over a set of stairs.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with one queen bed, one full bed, and two twins, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower.
First floor is open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, eating area, cozy living room with a TV for entertainment. We also offer free Wifi for our guests.

Due to the closeness to the water and no existing fences around the property, we wouldn't recommend the house for families with small children for safety reasons.

No pets are allowed and no smoking.

This house is truly a very special place and we would ask people to treat the house with the utmost respect.

In the winter, take advantage of the snowy landscape by skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing at the famous Ben Eoin ski hill.

Our accommodations include one B&B room with queen-size bed, ensuite 3-piece bath with shower and private entrance. A fridge and coffee maker are available. A full breakfast is available and is served from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Also included are three 1-bedroom waterfront air conditioned cottages with queen- or king-sized beds and 3- or four piece baths, complete with satellite television and full kitchen, as well as a barbecue and complimentary WiFi.  Complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate is served at our office.  Beautiful view of St. Esprit Lake, free use of kayaks, canoe and a fishing boat. Windsurfing and archery rentals are also available. We are happy to provide service in both English and German. We accept major credit cards.
